DISHWASHER Nagoya Hibachi & Sushi Restaurant We are looking for a dependable Dishwasher to join our team at our busy Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly during fast-paced lunch and dinner service. For the right candidate, there is clear opportunity to grow into a line cook or hibachi chef position.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, hibachi tools, and sushi prep equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dish area Assist chefs with basic prep tasks when needed Handle sharp knives and specialty cookware safely Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
