Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Overview We're on the lookout for a motivated and dependable Dishwasher/Food Prep to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or portioning ingredients. Support catering and banquet events by helping with setup, cleanup, and food handling as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sinks, storage spaces, and prep stations. Weekend availability. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold health standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided! Must be 18 years or older. Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required. Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting with food prep is desirable but not essential. A genuine interest in culinary arts and hospitality to help deliver excellent guest experiences.
