Duties Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Help with catering setups and banquet events by washing dishes and organizing serving ware Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and serving is a plus Enthusiasm for working in a hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring our kitchen remains pristine and efficient.
