Duties Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards Cross train on pizza line and salad line Maintain cleanliness of food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen floors through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food staging Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed in accordance with safety regulations Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of sanitation, safety, and efficiency throughout shifts Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations preferred Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and bending Knowledge of food preparation techniques including basic cooking skills Familiarity with catering or banquet service environments is a plus Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a positive attitude towards hospitality service This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the culinary or hospitality industries.
