Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision Support catering and banquet setups by preparing serving stations and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of prepared food items during service periods Support serving staff during busy meal times by bussing tables and clearing used dishes Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork skills Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking processes is advantageous A positive attitude and willingness to support a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where great food meets outstanding service!
