Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishes and assisting with setup or cleanup as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support the culinary team with light food prep tasks to ensure timely service during busy hours Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak times Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables, cleaning dishes, or food handling is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others Knowledge of food preparation or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining a respectful and hygienic environment in accordance with health regulations Embark on a rewarding journey supporting our culinary team!
