Dishwasher/Food Prep

Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to uphold hygiene standards. Help with food handling tasks following proper safety procedures to prevent contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to create a safe environment for everyone. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment. Strong teamwork skills with a friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests. Basic understanding of kitchen operations or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills related to food prep, cleaning, and hospitality services.
