Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and reliable Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our busy hospitality environment. In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting food preparation for various service occasions. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to keep the workspace clean and ready for use. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support the culinary team. Help maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces, following health and safety standards. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times. Support the serving team by bussing tables or assisting with light hospitality duties when needed. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting others. Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and catering operations preferred. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
