Duties Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through thorough washing and sanitizing processes Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup Uphold strict food handling and safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to maintain a clean and inviting environment for guests Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas regularly Assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen, including trash removal and sanitizing work surfaces Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with food preparation techniques or culinary experience is advantageous Experience working in banquet settings or catering events is a plus Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety standards is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen operations and guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your skills in a lively setting where every task contributes to memorable guest experiences.
