Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, portioning, and organizing ingredients for chefs and cooks Support the kitchen team with basic food handling tasks, ensuring proper storage and sanitation of ingredients Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning and organization Help with bussing tables during service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests Aid in setting up banquet or catering events by organizing supplies and assisting with food assembly as needed Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations Experience On-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with food preparation techniques such as chopping, slicing, or portioning is advantageous Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures for kitchen equipment and dining areas is beneficial Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Expediting food orders in a timely and efficient manner. Pay:
