Must have open availability and willingness to work a combination of days and nights and weekends.

Wash dishes Keeps work area clean and organized May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, or Line. Transfers refuse, used linen, cardboard, etc. to proper areas Complete required cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing procedures Complete other duties as assigned by leader/manager
