Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Help with catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy hours and special events Skills Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices in a food service environment Experience with food handling, food preparation, or restaurant operations is highly desirable Familiarity with catering or banquet experience adds value to your role Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and servers Basic knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment Previous hotel or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
