Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, and directly contributes to a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and attention to cleanliness are key to success in this position. Duties & Responsibilities Collect used dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment from dining and kitchen areas Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines Wash certain items by hand, including large pots, cutting boards, and delicate items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and surrounding workspaces Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment at the end of each shift Empty trash, break down cardboard for recycling, and assist with basic cleaning tasks Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Flexibility to work evenings, weekends (required), and holidays Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Strong time management and attention to detail Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards Qualifications & Skills Basic written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well as part of a team Dependable and consistent work habits Familiarity with kitchen sanitation best practices preferred
