Dishwasher

The Dishwasher plays a key support role in the overall success of kitchen and service operations by ensuring all flatware, glassware, and kitchen equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service in a timely manner. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized dishwashing area that meets company standards and all applicable health department and sanitation requirements. Key Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store all flatware, glassware, and kitchen equipment according to company standards and local health department requirements Ensure the dishwashing station, equipment, and surrounding areas remain clean and organized. Handle all dishes, glassware, and equipment carefully and responsibly to prevent breakage and support inventory control. Remove trash and recyclables throughout the shifts as needed and maintain clean exterior trash and disposal areas Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures consistently. Assist with prep work, deep cleaning projects, or additional kitchen tasks as assigned to support overall operations Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely return of clean dishes during service Qualifications Demonstrated reliable work history.
