Dishwasher

Responsible for providing clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, using commercial dishwasher and washing some kitchen cooking and serving equipment by hand as indicated. Maintain kitchen work areas and keep all utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans in clean and orderly condition. Clean all food preparation areas facilities and equipment.

Assist in the stocking, restocking, loading and unloading of food service deliveries, and placing cleaned equipment, glassware, dishes, flatware and pots and pan in the appropriate area of the kitchen on a daily basis.
