This energetic position ensures that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Whether supporting food preparation, bussing tables, or assisting with catering events, you will be an essential part of our culinary operation, helping us deliver exceptional service every day. Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates to support smooth restaurant operations. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup. Aid in catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain a well-organized workspace. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team. Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus. A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff alike.
