Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and setting up workstations to support kitchen staff. Support banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and equipment are clean and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces. Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times. Assist with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas as needed to uphold hygiene standards. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food handling procedures and basic kitchen safety guidelines. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organization. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Experience with bussing tables is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset ready to contribute to a lively hospitality environment.
