The Fountain is a St. Louis landmark and a special occasion restaurant. Our dishes are part of some of the most important nights in peoples' lives - from graduation parties to engagements or a night out at the theater. We are looking for team members to put love and skill into every dish. Applicants should be hard-working, fast on their feet, quality-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn techniques that will help them grow in their new position.

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Washing, stacking, sorting, and sorting dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Operating commercial dishwashers to clean and sanitize dishes. Ensuring proper detergent and sanitizer levels are used.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized. Maintaining clean and dry floors throughout the shift. Cleaning and sanitizing storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators. Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles. Cleaning spills or broken dishes.

Other Tasks:

Assisting in food preparation and other tasks as requested Storing food deliveries Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dry storage areas and shelves We are looking for talent that can work nights, who is a team player with a demonstrated history of kitchen success.

Pay & Benefits:
