Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cleanliness, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use. Support catering events by assisting with food setup and service as needed. Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Familiarity with catering services and banquet setups is a plus. Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of proper sanitation practices in food handling.
