The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Assist in the organization of dishware and kitchen supplies to maintain an orderly workspace. Support food preparation staff by providing clean tools and equipment as needed. Help with bussing tables during peak hours to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling materials. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service and support overall operations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.
