Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service times to facilitate smooth operations. Follow proper food safety protocols and handle all items with care to prevent contamination or spoilage. Skills Experience in food service environments Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards. Familiarity with cleaning procedures specific to commercial kitchens. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail when managing cleanliness and food handling practices.
