Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary duties will include washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as cutting boards, prep tables, and sinks
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning products
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Skills:

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
