Dishwasher/Food Prep

Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items under supervision Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food handling as needed Buse tables and support serving staff during busy service hours to promote smooth operations Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared dishes and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Basic understanding of culinary processes including food preparation and kitchen sanitation practices Experience with banquet or catering events is a plus but not mandatory Enthusiasm for learning new skills within a fast-paced culinary setting Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by keeping our kitchens running smoothly!
