This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to support seamless food service operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests, contributing to the overall success of our hospitality experience. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed. Support the kitchen team with cleaning duties to uphold a hygienic work environment. Handle food handling procedures carefully to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely setup and cleanup. Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to promote sustainability efforts. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
