Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup of serving stations Buse tables and assist with basic food service duties to enhance guest satisfaction during dining experiences Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cleaning protocols Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting Experience with catering or banquet events is a plus but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and guests Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your passion for cleanliness, food prep, and guest service.
