Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with collecting dishes as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food handling procedures and uphold hygiene protocols. Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment use. Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with basic kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, or cooking is advantageous.
