Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service Support food preparation tasks by organizing ingredients and cleaning workstations as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing stations, and dining areas through regular cleaning routines Help with catering setup and breakdown for events or banquet functions, ensuring all items are properly cleaned and stored Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations during busy service times Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, and basic kitchen cleaning techniques Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and front-of-house teams Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, serving, and hospitality operations Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by keeping our kitchens running smoothly!
