Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic food handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a willingness to help others in the kitchen team. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role.
