Job Description

Beertender must be 21 years old Salisbury, NC 28144 $8.25 - $22.00 an hour - Full-time $8.25 - $22.00 an hour - Full-time Must be 21 years old. At The Salty Caper, we're not your average restaurant—we're a fast-paced, high-volume spot known for great food, great vibes, and a team that brings their A-game every day. We're currently hiring a hardworking, personable Bartender/Counter Team Member to join our crew.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Someone who can leave the drama at the door and focus on great service Comfortable taking pizza orders, handling a cash register, and keeping things moving during busy shifts Able to pour beers, engage with customers, and create a welcoming experience Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but we'll train the right attitude
