Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to meet service demands Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling basic components when needed Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area by regularly sanitizing sinks, counters, and equipment Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restocking supplies Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards to promote a hygienic environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
