Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Support the food service team by bussing tables and clearing dishes during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage spaces regularly. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal performance. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols. Familiarity with bussing tables and supporting catering or banquet functions. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with staff members. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across various service contexts.
