Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining smooth operations. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with food service teams to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for dining areas. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting with bussing tables and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and dishwashing equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary and service staff. Basic understanding of food handling safety standards; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
