This position is essential for supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional food service to our guests. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and culinary support. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in regular cleaning tasks and deep cleaning of kitchen areas as assigned.
