Full Job Description :

Dishwasher / Prep Cook We are seeking a reliable individual to join our kitchen team in a dual role. You will maintain a clean, organized dish station while assisting our culinary team with essential food preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities Sanitization:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen tools using industrial machines and hand-washing stations.

Organization:

Return clean items to their proper storage areas and maintain a tidy workspace.

Food Prep:

Assist chefs with basic tasks like peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing simple sauces.

Maintenance:

Empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety standards. Requirements Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic knife skills are a plus, but we are happy to train the right person. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
