Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dish area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as needed. Assist in organizing and storing clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Follow all food handling safety guidelines to prevent contamination. Requirements Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn within the hospitality industry.
