Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or assembling items for service when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation standards, and cleaning protocols. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is highly desirable.
