About Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill:
Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill is a unique sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment experience created by Hurrdat and Hail Varsity. We have created an energetic environment where fans can come together to share their passion for sports over a bite and a beer.
About the role:
We are seeking dependable Dishwashers to ensure our meal service dishes are clean and ready to serve. You will clean and dry all dishes, glasses, and silverware and check that they are stocked properly throughout your shift. While on duty, you must ensure that the dish room is kept clean, and that equipment is stored properly. You will also be responsible for mopping floors in the front of the house, kitchen area, removing trash, and gathering soiled linens at the end of each meal service. Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Load and unload dishwasher safely and efficiently Wash glassware and various kitchen items by hand, when necessary Clean iced tea and coffee machines daily Organize and manage the placement of all kitchen items and dishes Perform basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Able to work in a hot, humid environment and stand for up to 8-hour shifts. Flexible schedule.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment. Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
