Job SummaryThe Part-Time Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the washing area and kitchen to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Core Responsibilities Dishwashing :
Wash, rinse, and sanitize tableware, cookware, and glassware.
Machine Operation :
Operate and maintain commercial dishwashers safely and efficiently.
Manual Scrubbing :
Scrape, sort, and pre-wash dishes with stubborn food residue.
Storage & Organizing :
Sort and stack clean dishes in their designated storage areas.
Waste Management :
Empty kitchen trash cans and dispose of garbage properly.
Kitchen Cleanliness :
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing zone.
Chemical Safety :
