Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation tasks under supervision to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health and safety standards Handle food items with proper care following food handling guidelines Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishes and assisting with basic food prep when required Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with kitchen staff and servers Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to support various kitchen duties including bussing, basic food prep, and cleaning Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in culinary support roles
