MUST HAVE EVENING AVAILABILITY AFTER 4PM, AND WEEKENDS FRIDAY-SUNDAY

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean garbage cans. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Sweep and scrub floors. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand. Perform routine cleaning of kitchen space including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, moving dirty pots and pans and stocking clean etc. Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize workload People interaction skills
