Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dining Service Utility to join our team. In this vital role, you will support the dining operations by assisting with food service, cleaning, and food preparation tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive dining experience for our residents, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in all food service activities. Duties Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining area Support food preparation activities under supervision, including basic cooking tasks and ingredient handling Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by cleaning equipment, surfaces, and utensils regularly Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and assisting with event logistics Follow proper food service protocols to ensure residents receive timely and courteous service Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and basic food preparation techniques Experience working in banquet or catering settings is a plus Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions carefully and uphold safety standards in all tasks Prior kitchen or hotel experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
