Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic hospitality crew. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are spotless, food prep runs smoothly, and the environment stays clean and organized. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep the kitchen and assist with Cleaning & Stocking the kitchen and ready for service. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling plates under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by following proper cleaning procedures and safety standards. Handle food safely by following proper food handling practices and storage guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen sanitation practices. Good communication skills to work well with team members and support staff. Willingness to learn new skills related to food prep, cleaning, and hospitality operations. A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and helping others succeed.
