Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support culinary staff when needed Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas during service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Contribute to catering and banquet setups by ensuring all dishware is clean and ready for use Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the shift Skills Strong understanding of food service operations and restaurant or hotel experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, or catering is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality services Basic culinary knowledge including cooking support is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety regulations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchens are spotless and well-organized.
