Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in proper working order Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent cross-contamination Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to maintain a hygienic environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean items during busy service periods Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing kitchen supplies Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special event days such as banquets or catering functions Basic understanding of kitchen operations and familiarity with culinary environments is a plus A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support a collaborative kitchen atmosphere Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
