This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional service. Whether you're assisting with food preparation, bussing tables, or supporting catering events, this role offers a lively opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations and storage spaces Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic food handling Help with catering setups and banquet service by providing clean dishes and maintaining cleanliness standards Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as required Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory A genuine interest in hospitality and supporting culinary operations Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
