Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and kitchen, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist in supporting kitchen operations. Mopping Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Keep track of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Skills Strong understanding of food service operations. Knowledge of kitchen cleaning protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
