Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to meet high standards of cleanliness. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and kitchen tools are spotless and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces to promote a safe and hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards. Help with light cleaning duties around the restaurant or hotel premises as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with food handling practices, cleaning protocols, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous. Experience working in banquet settings or catering events can be beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining high cleanliness standards is essential for success in this role.
