Job description: Dishwasher The Stakeout is currently seeking a reliable and diligent Dishwasher 2 days a week (Friday and Saturday). Hourly wage starts at $18. Known as a legendary Taos hideaway, The Stakeout has been reborn as New Mexico's premier venue, a reprieve from modern life, and an iconic location for ceremonies and celebrations. The venue currently hosts weddings and private events and will be open to the public for restaurant service on Fridays-Sundays when there are no events Duties include, but are not limited to: Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment. Ensure that all dishes and kitchen tools are washed, rinsed, and properly sanitized according to established hygiene and safety standards. Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate locations. Assist with the unloading and storage of deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including washing sinks, floors, and equipment. Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a number of hours.
