Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients with care. Support the cleaning and organization of kitchen stations, storage areas, and dining spaces to ensure a tidy environment. Collaborate with food service staff during busy periods, including bussing tables and managing dish flow. Maintain proper food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to prevent contamination. Aid in catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishes and assisting with event-related cleaning tasks. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and food safety standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Experience in bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food handling and cleaning procedures, is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
