Kitchen Associate/Dishwasher

Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Support chefs and cooks in various kitchen tasks as needed, including ingredient preparation and cooking assistance. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service times. Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service best practices. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
